1. How to do I make a purchase on Guldori?
Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Cart’ button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on 'Check Out' button. and fill all the necessary details in the form and proceed to Payment options to complete your order.
2. How long will it take to ship my order?
- The delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer.
- We strive to process and ship every order within 48 business hours. You can expect to receive your order in 4 -7 business days depending on your location.
- For metros & Tier 1 cities, it may take 3-4 working days, whereas for Tier 2 & 3 cities & rural areas, it may take 5-7 working days.
- For International orders, the average delivery time is 7 -15 business days depending on the country of residence.
Note - If there are any alteration that needs to be done to the product, shipping time may vary by a day or two, depending on the extent of the changes required.
3. What Payment method can I choose from?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

• Net Banking - all major banks
• Debit cards - all major banks
• Wallets
Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.
4. Can I Return / Cancel my Order?
Yes You may, If your order has not been dispatched Please get in touch with our customer care team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.
5. How long will it take to process my return?
Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request with no additional costs. Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 working days we will issue the refund or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met. If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a refund for the same. This process usually takes 10-15 business days. Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
6. Is there any additional shipping charges?
We provide worldwide free shipping.
7. Is it safe to use my credit card online at Guldori?

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
