Return and Exchange policy
All orders can be exchanged or returned within 48 Hours from the delivery.
Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges
- Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- You can exchange the product if there is a size issue. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated through our customer service email official.guldori@gmail.com or phone number +91 99094 34933.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
- In case of returns, you will be issued a credit note which you can use within 30 days. This credit note amount must be used in one transaction only.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we arrange the pickup, a flat fee will be deducted from the store credit/refund.
- No return or exchange will be made after 48 Hours of delivery
Please note: Products purchased during festive or any occasion sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These terms and conditions apply to all sale items.

1. Can I cancel my order?
No, Guldori orders are not eligible for cancellation.
2. How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
You will receive a credit note via email with in 7 Days after completing verification by our team, which you can use on the Guldori website within the next 30 days. Please note that the credit note amount must be used in one transaction.
3. Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes, you can exchange any eligible products within 48 Hours of delivery.
4. My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 Hours of receiving the product. Our team will do its best to assist you with any size exchange, subject to availability. If the size you requested is not available, we will offer you a credit note equaling your order amount to purchase another product.
5. Can I exchange or return a product that has been washed or worn?
No, exchange or return is not accepted for products that have been washed or worn.
